Breakfast: 3 weetbix with honey and milk, coffee
Lunch: udon (broth: dashi, soy sauce, mirin) with ham, beans, wakame, pouched egg, inari pouch (what's that called?), lettuce + grape tomato + tuna salad
Snack: 4 spoon of berry yoghurt, 2 biscuits, 2 toast with srikaya spread
Dinner: long life noodle with pork mince, rice with pork mince with tofu and lettuce
Dessert: ice cream with red bean, 2 oreo, milk tea
I'm starting to eat a lot again... winter?
