20060519 The Do-able Diet
Breakfast: a bit more than 2 weetbix + 2 tbsp berry yoghurt + milk, 1/2 glass Iced Coffee
Lunch: 1 wholemeal bun + curry, 1/2 glass Iced Coffee
Snack: few grapes, 1/2 berry muffin
Dinner: 5 small okonomiyaki 1 tbsp canned tuna (1/4 recipe) + rice with hoisin chilli chicken
Dessert: 2 slice of orange, 10 grapes, 1 choco oreo, 1/2 french cheesecake yoghurt, 6 piece of savoy light (geez, I ate too much)
2 water bottle, 4 water
bun + curry is yumm...
weetbix and yoghurt only is too dry.
okonomiyaki is also yummy...
Read The Do-able Diet at Borders today, sounds good, not something that really new, though. I didn't know that it's a new release, haha.
Basically, try to reduce you kilojoules intakes, with tips and story. But I like the idea of still eating what you like, not cutting off chocolate and cakes, like other diets do... =D
