Breakfast: 1/4 yoghurt, 2 weetbix with honey and milk, coffeeLunch: 2 inari, 2 sliced apple, 5 slice of mandarin, some crimson grapes
Snack: 2 toast with prune and marmalade, 1/2 glass Big M Banana, 3 grapes
Dinner rice with potato (don't put salt on it ever again!) and beef with veggies (mongolian lamb chop spice, beans, 1 carrot, 1/2 capsicum, onion) *sigh*
Dessert: 1/2 french cheesecake yoghurt (I hope it'll be on sale again soon!)
2.5 bottle water, 3 water
